Chief Executive Officer

Assoc. Prof. Denis Akankunda Bwesigye brings more than 15 years of professional experience. He earned a Doctorate in Public Health, specializing in Health Policy Management, from the State University of New York at Albany in 2014, and a master’s degree in Population and Reproductive Health Research from Mahidol University in Thailand. Before relocating to Uganda to establish Health Haven Limited, he worked with the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health.

Medical Director

Dr. Elizabeth Kutamba is the Medical Director. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and a Master of Medicine in Pediatrics and Child Health (M.Med) from Makerere College of Health Sciences. She serves as technical lead for quality assurance and compliance standards across a broad spectrum of medical products and equipment.

Moses Asaba is a biomedical engineer with a background in Laboratory Science Technology and five years of experience. He directs compliant product sourcing, technical bid preparation and supply chain operations. He also manages international outsourcing, builds partnerships with manufacturers around the world, and oversees user training and after-sales service.
